The Samburu Project - Water is one of the most important resources for survival. It is also taken for granted. The Samburu Project is working to ensure that tribes throughout the Samburu District of Kenya, Africa have access to this precious resource. The organization's goal is to dig 25 wells by the end of 2008. To date they have built almost ten wells. From messaging strategy and media outreach LVC is helping to raise awareness for the amazing cause and make the dream of water a reality for the people of Samburu.
